The Central City Square and City Administrative Center Project is being developed on an area of nearly 47 hectares under a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) model through a Build–Transfer (BT) contract. The project is invested by Saigon Sun Investment and Development Co., Ltd., a member of Sun Group. The entire complex is strategically surrounded by the city’s major transportation corridors—Mai Chi Tho Boulevard, Nguyen Co Thach Street, To Huu Street, and the Saigon River—forming a fully integrated urban complex with seamless connectivity.
