Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam

The 720-meter-long pedestrian bridge, inspired by the shape of a nipa palm leaf, will connect District 1 and Thu Thiem. The bridge will be constructed between Ba Son Bridge and the Saigon River Tunnel.

On the District 1 side, the bridge will begin at Bach Dang Riverside Park, approximately 125 meters south of Me Linh Square. On the Thu Thiem side, in Thu Duc City, the bridge will connect to the riverside park near the intersection of Nguyen Thien Thanh Street and N14 Street in the Thu Thiem New Urban Area.

The bridge will be 720 meters long, with a width ranging from 6 to 11 meters and a 10-meter navigation clearance. Spanning the Saigon River with a 187-meter main span, it is designed to provide ample clearance for boats and ships to pass beneath.

The project has a total investment of nearly VND 1 trillion and is fully funded by Nutifood Nutrition Food Joint Stock Company.
